Biblely is a faith and productivity companion app that provides Bible reading, prayer tracking, workout logging, nutrition tracking, task management, and social features. The app is provided free of charge with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
You must be at least 12 years of age to use Biblely. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the app.
To access certain features (cloud sync, social features, messaging), you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any user-generated content at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. The developer is not responsible for any user-generated content posted within the app, including content on the prayer wall, social feed, or messaging features. Users may report inappropriate content through the in-app reporting tools.
Bible translations available in the app are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Different translations may have different copyright holders and usage terms. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially use Bible text obtained through the app.

Body composition estimates are calculated using research-based formulas and may differ from clinical measurements.

The app, its design, code, graphics, and non-Bible content are owned by Biblely. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app or its components.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biblely, its developer, and any affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the app; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the app.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the laws of Australia. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Biblely.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia for the resolution of any disputes not subject to binding arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Biblely regarding your use of the app. These terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
